We are experts in leadership and management development, and we bring a unique and proprietary curriculum of training courses based on “The Legacy Leader” principles which have been proven to build effective leaders and managers. The training, delivered in active learning workshop format, is highly customized to the sponsor’s requirements and objectives, and can be combined with effective 1-1 executive coaching, delivered by proven business leaders.
Leadership and Management skills development for business professionals is best accomplished in live, action-learning workshops, facilitated over a period of weeks or months. This provides ample time to integrate the learnings into their day to day actions, and effectively transform their skills as leaders and managers. It is enhanced with personal, 1-1 coaching over the same period. Similar to Executive MBA programs in Harvard and other top institutions, the L&L Leadership and Management Curriculum can be delivered most effectively over a 3 to 6-month period, in 1-day sessions each month. These sessions can be ½ day long, but we recommend full day sessions for maximum effect. Participants are guided through the process, are required to do some basic preparation and pre-read of materials, and at times, they engage in team projects which further crystalize the principles and lessons learned.
