The Legacy Leader Leadership & Management Development Program (LDP)

Leadership and Management skills development for business professionals is best accomplished in live, action-learning workshops, facilitated over a period of weeks or months. This provides ample time to integrate the learnings into their day to day actions, and effectively transform their skills as leaders and managers. It is enhanced with personal, 1-1 coaching over the same period. Similar to Executive MBA programs in Harvard and other top institutions, the L&L Leadership and Management Curriculum can be delivered most effectively over a 3 to 6-month period, in 1-day sessions each month. These sessions can be ½ day long, but we recommend full day sessions for maximum effect. Participants are guided through the process, are required to do some basic preparation and pre-read of materials, and at times, they engage in team projects which further crystalize the principles and lessons learned. In the end, each of the participants will have achieved the following:

  • Completed a comprehensive leadership and management training which will provide them effective, newly-minted skills that will improve their performance immediately
  • Will have completed a personal skills assessment, and with the help of an executive coach develop a plan of continued improvement. This will enable them to continue the leadership and management journey
  • Build an effective network with their cohorts
